Working environment:
- Do not work on rainy days: On rainy days, the humidity is high and a layer of water film will adhere to the bonding surface. After bonding, the water will remain in the bonding places. When the temperature rises, the water will evaporate and there will occur the bubbling and falling off situation.
- Do not work at low temperature: The low temperature will slow down the evaporation of solvent. If the drying time is too long, it will occur non-stick situation after exceeding the viscosity retention time; If the drying time is too short and the solvent is not dry, it will also occur the bubbling and falling off situation when the temperature rises.
Matters need attention:
- To ensure the good adhesive performance, it is important to ensure below points:
- Double spreading
- Enough glue on each side
- Joint turf together after gluing more than 30 minutes
- Compact again two hours later.
