WARRANTY 

Vivigrass, hereinafter referred to as “the Company”, warrants to all the purchasers that the artificial grass products from the company will have the warranty as follows:

  • Fifteen (15) years warranty with the Dtex 18000+
  • Twelve (12) years warranty with the Dtex 13000+
  • Eight ( 8 ) years warranty with the Dtex 11000+
  • Six ( 6 ) years warranty with the Dtex 8800+
  • Four ( 4 ) years warranty with the Dtex 7000+
  • One ( 1 ) years warranty with the Dtex 2200+

All warranties are from the time of purchase from the company.

WARRANTY

Acceptance standard.

Purchasers should inspect products according to the signed contract or invoice after receiving cargos. Including the artificial grass materials, pile height, density, backing, etc. The artificial grass color should be produced as per the sample color which is confirmed by purchasers and the company.

Quality problem identification.

During the normal use period and under natural solar ultraviolet, the artificial grass products are found to be faded color obviously, uneven color exists, backing breakdown, premature wear(excluding the normal abrasion after heavy using) or other quality defect to affect the use, the products will be considered to have a quality problem.

Quality problem solving.

For the domestic purchasers, the company could replace or repair the defective product for free as per the actual product situation. For the overseas purchasers, the company could deduct equal value from the next order, or give discount for the executed contract or next order, or arrange new artificial grass products shipment without charge, or refund the equal value directly to the purchasers. The company are only responsible for the bad quality artificial grass rolls instead of all the products under the contract.

Warranty Scope.

  • The base foundation is not designed right or uneven, the artificial grass will be premature wear and the backing will be greatly affected.
  • The base foundation has impeded drainage system resulting in the artificial grass backing long time immersion in the water, which will affect the backing quality.
  • The filling material is not filled properly, which gives rise to the visual color difference. Or the filling material is unqualified as a result to pollute the carpet surfaces.
  • Use the bad quality or unfitted glue to affect the artificial grass quality.
  • Using the chemistry detergent, weed killer or pesticide on the artificial grass.
  • Using the improper cleaning or maintenance ways.
  • Installing the artificial grass at different pile direction.
  • Step on the artificial grass with sharp tacks or play on the artificial grass with improper facilities.
  • Scorch, cut or intentionally destroy during the installation.
  • Under the high traffic situation, the artificial grass flatten is reasonable, especially for the higher pile height.
  • All the force majeure factors.

Procedure for claims.

If the quality problem occurs, the producers should send the photos and videos to info@vivigrass.com  by email within four  weeks after receiving products from the company, including the information of contract No. installation date, installation company, defective product samples and filling materials sample. If the documents and samples can’t be sent to us within the ruled time, it will be regarded as the product is in good quality and the contract is finished.
