LANDSCAPING ARTIFICIAL GRASS INSTALLATION

Step 1:

Remove the existing stuff on the ground and put sand to make the ground compact and create a smooth surface. (During this step it will use the tools of handcart and Vibratory Plate Compactor.)

Step 2:

Put the weed fabric on the ground to prevent the unwanted wild weed to grow. (During this step it will use the weed fabric and nails). You can also lay the weed fabric on the ground before you put the sand and compact the surface. Both are ok for the purpose to invent the weed fabric. Generally speaking, there are three kinds of weed fabric material for your choices: Non-woven weed fabric,  Woven weed fabric and Geotechnical cloth for your choices.

Step 3:

Measure the field size, cut the artificial grass carpet as per the actual field size and lay the carpet on the ground. (During this step it will use some knifes)

Step 4:

Put the seaming tape between two artificial grass and use adhesive to joint the neighbouring two pieces of artificial grass together.

Step 5:

When the artificial grass carpet is installed, put the nails on the edges to fix the carpet to the ground and let the carpet not easy to remove. (During this step it will use some nails)

Step 6:

Put the silica into the artificial grass and use a brush to make the silica infill into carpet evenly. The ground is finished. (During this step it will use the sand spreader and brushes)

FOOTBALL ARTIFICIAL GRASS INSTALLATION

The artificial grass suppliers usually produce as per the actual football field size. The roll width is basically fixed at 4m and the roll length will be same as the actual field length. 

  1. Transport the artificial grass rolls to the site and open all the rolls to install it on the ground.
  2. Cut the rolls edges and put the seaming tape between two neighbor rolls.
  3. Brush glue on the seaming tape and stick the neighboring grass on it.
  4. Cut the lines in right size and install white grass.
  5. Infill the sand on the ground and brush it into grass evenly.
  6. Infill the rubber granules on the ground and brush it into grass evenly.
  7. The football field is completed.
